baby shower invites

..so if we don't have enough going on, i'm planning my first baby shower for a really good friend. there are 4 of us girls throwing the shower, and we are having so much fun!! here's the invites we just sent out. my friend emma & i designed and printed the card (our paper works great in an inkjet printer), and my sister (who does design for india ink paper) gave me the idea of using different scrapbook paper to line the envelopes. it was easy & turned out so cute!!!

we used the screen prints swashes & swirls, whimsical, and vintage circle wallpaper metallic paper in the browns, pinks and copper colors to print on & line the envelopes. - perfect colors for her little girl. (i also changed the name on the cards..so it might look a little funny, but you get the idea)
..i can't wait to design invites for the next event!

not really screen prints related..but i wanted to share..
i was in sf this weekend- where i brought my art glass to the artist xchange gallery. they took everything i showed them for the gallery, which i'm really excited about as this is the first gallery i'm in!

i also redesigned my Glass Art & Design website for the gallery www.allisonkreft.com ( iweb rocks- this only took about an hour)

it has also been great to see all the orders coming in through the new online store! we have had orders from everywhere!! - sweden, paris & the netherlands so are screen prints are now worldwide! thanks everyone.. i also got some cool new layouts for the gallery!
