I thought about writing this post so many different ways. When I started working at Hambly Studios prismatic stickers were the main product. I feel like the scrapbooking/papercraft part of Hambly was my baby. I watched it grow and expand over the last 8 years and It's very hard to say goodbye and move onto the next chapter. I'm also going to miss the rest of the Hambly family. Rose, Cris, Earl, Kim, Sonya and of course Harry. Without all of them Hambly wouldn't have been the company we were. I'll leave you with one of the first layouts I created using our wonderful overlays, and a photo montage with some pictures from over the years. During the time I worked at Hambly - I've also moved 2 times, started dating and married my husband, adopted a dog, had a baby, and changed my hair color a few times...all of which I've blogged about and shared with all our Hambly readers. I love this industry and all the wonderful people I have met along the way. I look forward to what's next, the biggest challenge will be figuring out how to make the next product I create smell like vanilla!
Much love , Allison

Wow, Allison! I met you at CHA this past winter, at the Hambly booth. I was there as Press, representing www.CraftTestDummies.com. I already had some washi tape on my badge, and I immediately fell in love with Hambly's washi tape (which I now own many rolls of!) and had to add some of it to my badge too! I remember you telling me how you had insisted that it be true washi tape and *not* paper tape when it was first being developed! I'm so sorry for this ending in your life, but I know from life experience that even though endings are very difficult - and come with their natural grief - they also bring with them untold new beginnings and possibilities. After you grieve your loss, I hope you find some great new beginnings waiting out there for you!

Beautiful, I love your work and I am going to miss Hambly products SO much..I have a small stash but now wish I had more. Thanks for your inspiration with these great products. Hambly made my December Daily so special last year with touches that I wouldn't have been able to add anywhere else. So I'm also sad to see Hambly close!

thank you very much, for all the great designs you've created for Hambly.
I had really love the design of the small bodysuits, which I had use on the card announcement of my second daughter (http://aur0re.blogspot.fr/2011/07/faire-part.html)
I wish you the best for the future
